Process

Phase 1:

  • 90 minute meeting with your key players and the VisionBridge team
  • VisionBridge asks lots of questions to determine current systems and process maps workflows using a whiteboard.
  • We provide written and electronic copies of the foundations of your operations including any process maps and suggested tools/checklists.
  • VisionBridge provides system improvement recommendations, costs and priorities for Phase 2.

Phase 2:

Depending on your specific needs, VisionBridge will work with you typically between 1-12 months.  Our facilitation process helps you break down processes to best understand what is going on with your company in its current state.  We then work to determine the best future state and mutually determine ways to measure success.  The end result would be to document new best practices and build appropriate tools.  System development is prioritized according to your strategic goals and budget.

Phase 3:

Project is complete.  However, since business changes so often, it is never actually complete!  VisionBridge will return at selected intervals (every quarter, 6 months, year, etc.) to assess the company’s process status and keep you on track.
