Nicole Bickett is the Founder and President of VisionBridge. She has a diverse background in project management, human resources management, product development, and solutions implementation. In her 15+ year career, she has worked in the industries of information technology, marketing, and travel, including managing major accounts and human resources for a national consulting firm.
In 2003, she started her own consulting company dedicated to helping businesses increase their productivity and profitability by streamlining processes and increasing efficiencies.
Nicole received her BA in Psychology from Indiana University and her MBA from IU’s Kelley School of Business. She is the author of Organize Your Office for Life and a contributing author to Focus.Organization.Productivity, Ideas for Improving Success in the Workplace.
Nicole lives in Carmel, Indiana, with her husband, Jason, and the joys of her life: daughters Taylor and Lindsay. In her spare time she enjoys traveling to unique places, exercising, volunteering at school, and escaping into imaginary lands with her kids.
Pam Killman is VisionBridge’s Project Manager. She received her BS in Journalism from Indiana State University and her MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2007.
Pam brings nearly 10 years of business experience in a variety of fields including project management, marketing, human resources, accounting, information technology, manufacturing, and customer service. Her expertise in writing, organization and planning are a great asset to the company as well as clients.
In her spare time, Pam enjoys vacationing anywhere warm, writing, spending time with family, friends, her boyfriend, Brandon, and her three adorable pets: Lilly, a beagle-coon mix, and Punkin and Pouncer, two very large long-haired cats.
